Yes it worked fine, I got through to an operator after numerous voice menus but when I did get through my issue got sorted very efficiently.

Your customer service line cut me off twice, it's a total disgrace that you offer a service and then make it SO difficult to actually speak to someone when something goes wrong. You are useless, like Orange and all the other big companies. You just want our cash and not our complaints.

brilliant I can finally get real human response from ticketmaster after waited just 4 songs. this is the number you need if you're going to purchase at ticketmaster.co.uk. I wasted an hour in their web-maze earlier, found the 08444999999 no. which connect to anywhere.
