I have phoned this number 6 times today (13/9/10) & listened to the answer machine for periods of 7 - 15 minutes without an answer. The answer phone said an operator would answer within 8 minutes but never did.

i used this no to report a problem. what a carry on. had to repeat my no twice then had options. chose mine then told it wasnt recognised. the calls were all the same. for nothing but to be left totally pissed off.

Tried this number and 08442 411411. Basically, they get you to the same service menu offered by Sky. However, I got cut off when I used 08442 411411, but not 08442 414141 and my problem was then resolved!

Excellent. Got through to Livingston Help Line and not someone in Indiia. Held on for a few minutes. Staff very helpful. Tried to reset my multi room box remotly but couldn't. Arranged for an engineer to call next week. Asked for advice on my house phone being affected by Broadband connection. seems to be a definate fault when connected according to comments on the web. Can't fault this service. I will wait and see if the engineer can sort house my phone out.

If you call this number be prepared for a large bill. Currently it costs 10.2p per minute plus 20% VAT. So a 20 minute call will be charged to your bill at almost £2.50.

My biggest problem was the number of options, what happens when a touch phone is not available. Why don't you have different numbers for each of the main options. However, once I went through all the options, I was immediately in touch with a service operator, there was no hassle about operators being busy. This was great!
