The number works but at busy times you are in a queue - for a long time! The best service was Option 4 which put us through to a human being after about 5 minutes. Unfortunately they were really unhelpful. :-(

Chose option 4, but after waiting a couple of minutes was told there was a fault, the fault had been logged and to try again later. I just want to find out where in the Medway region my parcel is and why it's taken 2 more days NOT to reach me - the roads are OK now.

USED OPTION 4 AND IT WORKED AFTER 4TH ATTEMPT!! - REALLY POOR SERVICE - parcel now 5 days late and told would arrive tomorrow. Wonder if you get your money back as not 24hrs service that I paid for!!!!!!!!!

I used option 4 having read previous comments and yes, it worked. My parcel arrived the following day having been posted in France on 20/12/10. Parcelforce had not delivered as they said the address was incorrect - it was in fact perfect, absolutely nothing wrong with the address! Lazy delivery people I suspect!

The mattress was not collected on the day I was told when I booked the service. The measurements given on line were very confusing, & I had to rebook for a 48hr Express Delivery. Loads of phone calls later, I eventually was transfered to the Medway Depot, & the lady was very apologetic & helpful. I wait with interest to see of the item is collected today!!!! Why do Parcel Force not reply to any e-mails, & why not give a contac phone number other than 0844?

I successfully got through to Coventry PF with this number. My query was regarding a parcel from China that had been with customs and had no further updates since 27/11/2011, today's date is 9/12/2011. The chap was extremely helpful and someone is supposed to contact me today/tomorrow to let me know what is happening so fingers crossed I haven't just been fobbed off.

They are so rude. I explained my situation of unable to have the Home Delivery Network deliver to me, and since it said on the tracking list that my parcel has been received in the Nottingham Depot, I called them. But after explaining, he realized that he could not help me, so he just hung up without saying a word!

contacted depot chose option 4 the message says the options have changed but they havent. Lady was very helpful, parcel found and clear instructions

Superb, having previously waited for one of the worst automated systems ever! Operator helpfully informed me that option 5 is noe the one to select, but untested.

Straight through no bother, handed out the address and said come pick it up. Still says something when you have to pick the parcel up your self....

this is actually leeds depot but option 4 got me throught to a human and he was able to help me with a Rotherham query
