It worked, you just have to get your pin from ebay. Go on contact us, and I put in ebay member not refunding money, and it comes up with are you the: Buyer or seller, and on the right hand side of the screen it says call us. And it gives you a number and temporary pin for the number.

July 19th 2011 This number worked today! (from the UK at least) When they ask for your pin just press the hash key. I got through to customer services who unfortunately could not help with my sign in problems. They gave me another number 0800 358 6552. This took me to a USA call centre for Account Verification problems. After speaking to 5 people for 1hr 21 mins they still couldn't fix the problem and are still looking at it and will get back to me! At any rate there is a real person at the end of this number. Good luck to all!

Only got a new number 1 900 446 2900 which is also a number one have to pay for. It is unbelievable that ebay is so totally without interest to be available for its customers. "Ebay Customer service" ? Non existing!

they let you use it once and then, because this number is supposedly for business customers only, block you. I agree that it is bad that ebay don't publish an email address and that the only published number is an 0845 premium rate.

This is not a premium rate number. It is the one dedicated to Powersellers. You can circumvent the need for an access code by telling the operator that you are not near a computer at the moment. Good if you want to report violations of site policy.

Great for Pete. We like hundreds of other ebayers in this Country. USA. Ausralia have been defrauded, in the last 24 hours, by a Chinesse American operating for a company in China. Ebay could care less. They left these people on for 16/20 hours made Â£1000's in listing fees and commision on unpaid sales. Let the negatives left by the fraudsters stay on customers. No reply to emails and now this line is cut off!!!! Make of this shambles what you like they should be put out of business!!!!!

Have experienced discrimination and victimisation from e-Bay customer services in e-mailing with me in order to have my suspended account reinstaled. Upon advice from the Disability Rights Commission, I was going to obtain the contact details of e-Bay complaints department including a named person. The agent on this telephone number was too involved in the contents of the account suspension, having marginalised the disability discrimination and victimisation. Upon my insistence, they gave me the postal address for complaints: e-Bay International AG, PO Box 9473, Dublin 15, Republic of Ireland.

They are still unable to give name of the manager.
