Electrical item arrived with wrong elec plug attached. Website wouldn't allow replace - refund only. Got through to Jenny in Manilla. She sorted replace & collect. If it happens... well done Amazon.

Unfortunately, it gave me a message informing me that the information for this number had changed, and offering to send me a text message with more information... however to get information, you have to accept the "lookup" service, which costs 9.99 per month. No thanks.

This is a bit hit or miss, you might get through to someone in the UK or find yourself speaking to someone who sounds like an Asian Stephen Hawking. Both guys were helpful, except that the first customer service advisor ended up cutting me off. The 2nd Advisor was a bit more on the ball and did contact the courier (who I had the problem with) on my behalf. I still didn't really get the answer I wanted but at least I have a contact number now. If my goods aren't delivered by the said date though I'll then put pen to paper and complain to the Slough address.

Based in Philippines so a few language/mis translation problems. Felt very practised i.e. they were reading from a set scipt and were told to try and sound as Western as possible. On the whole though - good service.

Got through to foreign girl who spoke clear English, but couldn't understand my question at all. Asked to speak to someone who could understand English (she didn't transfer). Was very irritating. Obviously hit and miss depending on who you get!

Amazon listed (not me) an 4yr old listing & cud not explain it as I am now totally disabled by Secondary-Progressive Multiple Sclerosis (MS) had for 5 yrs so now cant type/write & will b using Naturally Speaking software & too ill 2 do much bcus of fatigue! I can drive but cant walk far so the car will have 2 go! I had no alternative but get them 2 close my seller's account as I cannot afford 4 this 2 happen again. It took an hour to sort it so thx 2 this no I did not pay £1.53 per minute! So sellers beware of Amazon's glitch in their software as I understand more ppl r moving from eBay 2 Amazon bcus of their fees ... Amazon sellers support tried 2 say that sum1else had got hold of my a/c & listed it but I have very strong software protection & they wud not benefit so their explaination is a load of hogwash! 4 yrs ago, eBay had similar glitches as I had a listing waiting to go live and it cud b seen & nother time I listed 1 cud pay by cheque & when live that wasnt possible so i lost a sale of an expensive item! It seems both sites keep changing things so even the business sellers get lost! This no saved me a fortune that i cudnt have done otherwise as the MS makes me confused & people have to speak slowly so I can take in what they are saying! So a BIG thank u 4 finding this info on the internet!
